We do not accept returns, but we do allow exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges are subject to shipping charges. Returns are not accepted on sale items. Items that are FINAL SALE:
– Any item that is purchased with a discount code
– Any item that is described on our website and/or social media as a “sale piece.”
Before mailing a package out, our team checks each piece to make sure that it will meet both our standards and your standards. However, we know that mistakes and accidents happen. If any of your items arrive damaged, we will do our best to either have it quickly and carefully repaired or send you a new piece. Please email: email@example.com within 6 days of delivery if you have any problems.
We take pride in each of our handmade pieces, but sometimes things happen! We will repair anything that has been purchased within 3 months for free. There will be a small re-stringing fee for anything older than 3 months, or for items with missing stones/beads/etc.
